How do I join YPNG?
Visit Join YPNG and sign up to become a member.
How much does it cost to join YPNG?
YPNG currently charges $10 for an annual membership ($12/year for annual membership without auto-renewal), which gives you access to member-only events. You can also subscribe to our weekly email at no charge. To sign-up for either or learn more, visit Join YPNG .
What does my membership pay for?
Money raised through membership pays for our ongoing costs of operations including, but not limited to - website and shopping cart costs, credit card fees, insurance, deposits to secure event locations, marketing expenses, annual business license and more. Where do the profits go?
At the end of each year YPNG donates all profits (funds not needed for ongoing operating costs) to the member-voted San Luis Obispo County 501(c)3 non-profits. To see more information about this year's organizations, visit our Community Involvement page.
How often does YPNG meet?
YPNG hosts a variety of event each month. There's our social on the first Wednesday of every month, and a hike or outdoor event the second Wednesday of every month. In addition, there are a variety of events and opportunities to gather with fellow YPNGers. Be sure to check out our Events page for updates and information.
What does YPNG offer?
Monthly socials and hikes, professional development seminars and networking, volunteer opportunities, three seasons of softball and other sporting events, camping and ski trips, a Monte Carlo Night fundraiser and other special events. What is YPNG's refund policy?
YPNG does not give refunds and all sales are final. However, members can transfer event tickets to other members.
I'm interested in hosting a Monthly Social or have an idea for a location. Who do I contact?
We are open to new locations and any inquiries or ideas can be emailed to socials@ypng.org.
How do I get involved in YPNG?
Everyone on a committee or in a leadership position volunteers their time, so any help is most welcomed! Every director has a committee, so visit our Events page to determine which area you are most interested in committing to. You can contact the individual directors or if you have a general questions, send an email to info@ypng.org.
What is YPNG's privacy policy?
YPNG does not provide subscriber emails to advertisers or other solicitors. YPNG uses subscriber emails strictly for official YPNG business only.
