Joe Brittingham – Edward Jones Investments
Joe is a CFP professional and financial advisor with Edward Jones investments. He's been in practice for 16 years in Pismo Beach specializing in portfolio design, risk management and estate planning strategies. He is also a board member of the Clark Center Foundation and Cal Ripken baseball. Joe enjoyed coaching his boys' baseball and girls' soccer teams. Married 18 years, Joe has four children and his hobbies include kite surfing, photography, and health and fitness.
Ryan Baker – Central Coast Lending
Ryan Baker has been in the mortgage industry for the last 6 years and currently works for Central Coast Lending. He is a Cal Poly graduate and current President of YPNG. Ryan specializes in residential purchases and refinances, as well as credit evaluation and repair. Some of the loan products Ryan can offer through Central Coast Lending include FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Commercial, Conforming, and HARP loans. He understands a mortgage includes personal information and is one of the largest financial decisions in a person’s life so he prides himself on being honest, hard-working, patient, and discrete.
Zachary Johnson – Peterson Team Realty
Realtor Zack Johnson has been conducting real estate sales for more than eight years. He has been involved in dozens of successful transactions helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. He currently is a Realtor Associate with Peterson Team Realty. His extensive knowledge and experience of the local real estate market allows him to educate his clients and support them in their real estate adventures.
