Hello! I'm a new YPNG member - sadly lacking the time to attend socials, but, I do have a room for rent. The room available is very private, downstairs in a two bedroom two bath townhouse. The room has its own backyard patio along with a full bathroom. It's very private and ideal for a roommate. The house is new, well maintained, and fully furnished. Washer and dryer on-site, along with dishwasher, price includes utilities (internet/gas/electric/trash/water/cable/etc - no telephone).
I am a very clean 25yo male, Poly grad, workaholic, social, very athletic, non-smoker, and a casual drinker. The room is close to Scolaris, walking distance to downtown, and will not be available until the beginning of March. A deposit is required, SMALL pets OK but might require an additional monthly fee.
Looking for $725/mo.
